Grief Relief – Meet with our grief specialist
Our next “Grief Chat” is on Fridays 4:00 -5:30 pm. This event it FREE. This is a peer to peer in person gathering to support those who are grieving any type of loss. I’m keeping these groups small to allow everyone a chance to share and form deeper connections.
This is a safe place in which to share and be heard, to have your pain and struggle witnessed by people who understand loss, and have the opportunity to learn from each other.
Grief Movement Group – Look for her next group in 2026. Learn breathing, movement, and sound to work through the various emotions that come from grief and loss.
