Grief Movement Group – NEW GROUP starting Fridays, April 5, 12, 19, and 26th, 2024.  Learn breathing, movement, and sound to work through the various emotions that come from grief and loss.  Simple moves that don’t require any athletic abilities. Our next “Grief Chat” is on Saturday 11:30 AM-1:00 PM. This event it FREE. This is a peer to peer in person gathering to support those who are grieving any type of loss. I’m keeping these groups small to allow everyone a chance to share and form deeper connections.

This is a safe place in which to share and be heard, to have your pain and struggle witnessed by people who understand loss, and have the opportunity to learn from each other.
