Role Description

This is a contract position (1099) for a mental health counselor/therapist based in Sandy, UT, with the flexibility for some remote work. You will provide therapeutic services across individual, family, and group settings, collaborating with our clinical team to develop treatment plans and assess client progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Personal Counseling, Marriage and Family, or a related field.
• Licensure: Licensed or license-eligible in Utah.
• Experience: Proven experience in therapy with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Skills: Strong grasp of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independence: Ability to operate both independently and within a team.
• Professional Growth: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience:

Specialization in trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, play therapy, and other therapeutic approaches.
