With experience in crisis intervention, grief work, addiction recovery, and family transitions, she offers a grounded, compassionate approach. Julie uses EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy to help clients find clarity, confidence, and emotional balance during seasons of change.
